Brief summary of the “Gone Girl” is: A woman named Amy disappears on her anniversary. She is a Big time New York City girl who’s parents wrote books called “Amazing Amy Series” based on her life and she became super rich off. Her husband and her both are writters who eventually lose their jobs due to the recession. The two of them move back to his small home town that is falling apart and infested with homeless people. Anyhow, the husband has a mistress and has had one for quite some time( a whole year). And people are starting to suspect him. Through out the book you are reading from The husband’s point of view and as the cops investigate you read pages of Amy’s diary. Thumbs up to Aurthor Gillian Flynn.
